Exchanges & Returns

All Neddys products are made to the highest standards, and we are confident you will be thrilled with your Neddys breeches.  However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days; just drop us an email, (before you ship the item back), to customerservice@neddys.com and we will be happy to help.

When returning any product, please just complete the Returns Policy Sheet that will be enclosed with your order, indicating your problem, and we will either send a replacement product of the same value, or refund your purchase price.  In the unlikely event that your product is defective, we will also refund your shipping fees.  Return addresses are as follows:

We believe this commitment is very valuable for our Internet customers: we recognize that it is not always easy to get the sizing just right, and that you may only know for sure when you have tried the clothing on at home.  For that reason, we are more than happy to offer a no-charge alteration service should you feel you would prefer the leg length of your breeches to be shorter, or any other minor fitting changes.
