RETURNS POLICY SHEET


    If for some reason, you find the clothing does not fit or is the wrong color, you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund.

If returning a garment, it should be clean and in perfect condition, not have been used, still have all the tags attached and be in its original packaging (if appropriate).

You must enclose a copy of your receipt/invoice with the garment, and include either a covering note or this letter with the bottom section completed.

We strongly recommend that you use Delivery Confirmation to provide tracking and Insurance to provide compensation in the event of loss/damage in transit.


Items that fail to arrive or arrive damaged cannot be exchanged/refunded.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage except if goods are faulty.

Replacement items will be sent to the address on your enclosed receipt/invoice unless you tell us otherwise.

It would also be useful to have a telephone number or email address for you in case of any delay in processing your return.

Please note that direct exchanges of sale garments may not be possible. Please contact us to check your options. All Sale items are final, so returns will receive either an exchange or store credit.


Please indicate whether the item(s) you are returning was a gift. If the item was a gift we will refund your purchase with online credit.

Note: You must be a registered user of neddys.com to receive online credit. If you are not a registered user, you can sign up with an email address and password at neddys.com.

For exchanges of non-faulty goods please include additional postage ($7.00 for one item, $10.00 for multiple items).

Payment can be sent via PayPal to rosalindbehenna@neddys.com or you can enclose a Check / Money Order made payable to NEDDYS INC.
